Lauren and Josh- Married!!

I met Lauren over a year ago when I photographed her brother’s wedding.  When Lauren emailed me about photographing her wedding,  I was excited to know that I would get to work with her family again.  The excitement was well warranted because Lauren and Josh are such a wonderful couple!  I loved every minute that I spent with them.  They are both so easy to be around and some of the nicest people I have ever met.   From the engagement session, Lauren’s bridal session, the wedding, and just spending time talking in between, I enjoyed the time I had getting to know them better.  Their wedding was shared with many family and friends at  Trinity United Methodist Church in Tuscaloosa.  Their reception was held at the very cool venue, Brown’s Corner.  Although it rained the first part of the day, the sun started peaking out right before the ceremony, so after the reception, we decided to spend a few minutes walking around Tuscaloosa to get a few more photos.   I hope you enjoy several from throughout the day that I picked to share!  Also, a big thank you to Amanda Pair and Jeff Rease for shooting with me!

Amanda captured some sweet moments of Lauren and her dad right before they walked into the church. The dads always tug at my heartstrings. I was waiting inside the church door to photograph them as they entered the church, so I was so glad to have Amanda there to help capture so many of the other moments. I'm sure they will always remember the anticipation and the conversation they were having right before the doors opened.
