You may remember Hayley and Charlie from their engagement session last fall. They are two people who love to have fun. Lots of good times, smiles and laughs are always around when you are hanging out with these two. Charlie is a youth minister and Hayley is a teacher. I will have to say, Hayley definitely taught me a lot about fabulous details! Her wedding was full of them! Their wedding and reception was held at the beautiful Oaks Plantation in Montgomery, AL. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful, southern wedding! The Oaks has been added to my list as one of my one of my favorite venues. The house makes for plenty of room for entertaining and the outdoor setting is a reflection of all things that are wonderful about the south. There are huge trees, a long drive, fields that at any given time may be decorated with hay and huge porches and an awesome sunroom on the back. The sun sets on the front of the house, so a late afternoon wedding on the back lawn has beautiful soft light. If you can’t tell, I loved being there for Hayley and Charlie’s wedding! I can’t believe how fast time goes by. This week my sweet baby turned 6! I can’t believe she is six and I can hardly believe she is amazingly ours! Although in so many ways it seems she should still be a tiny little bean, it also seems like she has always been a part of our family. If I had to describe her, it would be to say that she is so spontaneous, fearless, happy-go-lucky, animated and definitely talkative. She is definitely our wild card! You never know what she is going to do or say! However, you do know that she will forever be saying something. She is a non-stop talker. In fact, even if she is talking to herself, she’s still talking! I wouldn’t have her any other way =) Happy Birthday A!!
Oh and she is a cutie too! Not that I am partial or anything =)

I think Emma is the cutest little girl! I love her auburn hair and have always wished mine was this color! I love it! Emma turned two this month so of course, she had to have pictures made! Her mom wanted some photos in the studio with her age block and some balloons to carry on the tradition of her older siblings. Thankfully, mom already had these and brought them along for the session. This was my first time to meet and photograph Emma. At first she was a little camera shy but after a few minutes of ME crawling on the floor like a two year old and us playing and letting her take a few photos with my camera, she warmed right up. I think we got some super cute ones and captured her sweet and oh so cute personality. Happy Birthday Emma!

This one resulted from me saying "I'm gonna come and tickle you." I think she was ready to come and get me instead. Super cute!
Outside photos are always my favorite. I think Emma liked this a bunch too. She was smiles the entire time!

Still working on holding up the 2 fingers. She had holding up 1 mastered. Two fingers are a little harder. I thought this was so cute. I have no doubt she will have it figured out in no time

I am currently editing Melissa and Adam’s wedding images. Melissa is amazingly beautiful. As I was loading the images, this one popped up and I think my heart skipped a beat! I can hardly wait to edit all of them but had to share this one!

I cannot believe how fast this past year has went by. It seems like yesterday that I was anxiously waiting for Natalee to be born. My mom always warned me that the older I got, the faster time would go by. Boy, was she ever so right! In the past 7 months, this little girl has grown up fast! She has mastered sitting up and is working on her first tooth! She is the sweet baby of one of my best friends and in my opinion is one of the cutest little babies in town. LOVE HER!
We always knew that if Nick and Sheri had a baby, that she would have amazing blue eyes, we definitely got that one right! Her eyes are gorgeous!

I was super excited to see Camille and her mom at Botanical for her 6 month session. I couldn’t believe how much Camille had grown! She is so stinkin’ cute! She has TOTALLY mastered the skill of sitting up and was proud to show it off! She was full of smiles as we took a stroll through the garden-who could ask for more than that?
